Ms. T. Vanadhi Devi
The President of SIAWED is a MBA graduate from Bharathiar University and she was successful in establishing links with several corporate business houses, training institutions, entrepreneurs, innovators and academicians and with their support and networking strength strives for promoting more of women entrepreneurs in the society for building a better tomorrow and a self reliant and gloriful nation.
Background
Hailed from a very remote village in Ramnad district, did schooling and college in Madurai and MBA at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. After post graduation, joined Omega Forwarders, a start up cargo forwarding company as a management trainee and had grown up with the company and reached the position of Business Development Manager after a period of 7 years.
Step towards SIAWED
To promote entrepreneurism among Women, SIAWED was formed in the year 2011 to encourage aspiring women entrepreneurs to come forward for setting up business and help them in addressing the shortcomings in setting up their own business. With the background of our experience in marketing and the contacts with the corporate and international agencies, SIAWED offer marketing support as well to the women manufacturers.
Today SIAWED has set up representations not only in Chennai and Bangalore but also in Madurai, Ramnad, Tanjore, Coimbator and Erode to render entrepreneurial support and guidance to the needy women. We also have overseas representations in US and Malaysia and established effective networking in other countries as well.
